The primary challenge in this project was establishing a strong digital presence for a concept that was still in its early stages. With limited content and continuously evolving requirements, defining a clear user journey and structuring the platform effectively required careful planning. At the same time, the website needed to communicate credibility and professionalism despite being newly launched, which demanded a thoughtful approach to design and messaging. Ensuring a modern and engaging interface while maintaining fast performance and seamless responsiveness across devices added further complexity. Overall, the key challenge was finding the right balance between keeping the experience simple for the current phase and building a scalable foundation that can support future growth and expansion
